[I had attended a lecture on 'Navigating your mind to success ' below are the takeaways!]
Personal and professional life both must be good.
Learn to work in a team.
Success is not to be measured by the position but by the obstacle overcome while trying to achieve success.
Failures are steps to success.
Success is package of pitfalls, challenges and failures.
Success is contentment.
Success cannot be possessed or accumulated.
Three essential points to navigate your mind to success
1. Preparation
2. Patience
3. Mindset
Mindset is what we think and feel.
Mindset can lead you to success or failure.
There are two types of mindset: Fixed mindset and Growth mindset. We must all develop growth mindset.
Fixed mindset: Intelligence is static. Leads to desire to look smart. Avoid challenges. Give up early due to obstacles. See effort as fruitless. Ignore useful feedback. Be threatened by others success.
Mindset is developed due to surrounding, current situations, past experiences and habits.
We can do all but not all at once.
You can do everything but you may not be the best in everything.
You can do everything but there will be limitations in you.
You can do everything but you would need others help.
Most successful people had failures along the way.
Never repeat the same mistake.
Success needs patience.
Accept challenges.
Some people make things happen.
Some people watch things happen.
Some people wonder what happens.
Challenges will only help you succeed.
Don’t Lock Past.
Don’t Knock Future.
Unlock Present.
Wandering mind will never bring fulfillment.
Beware of Negators:
1. They are the people who are themselves not moving ahead and want us to stumble too.
2. They feel insecure and inadequate themselves and they want to make a mediocre person out of you.
3. Make sure you are in the flock that think right.
Change your thoughts and change your destiny.
There is a great value in disaster because we can start new.

Don’t Lock Past.
Don’t Knock Future.
Unlock Present.
Wandering mind will never bring fulfillment….
This what I am and this is what gives me the courage to start my day fresh and make me come over the challenges that come across…..so true….
nice thanks
